General information

WHAT: A four-part equipping experience to prepare individuals and churches to play their God-given role in winning the 21st century, utilizing their time, treasure and talents. (See Sessions page for curriculum.) A fifth session on strategic planning is included should you decide on that option.
WHO: Anyone that has an interest in finding God’s best for themselves and their congregation—especially the leadership of the church (pastoral team, boards, committees, youth, etc.).
WHERE: Generally at your church, but any facility that offers a classroom setting can work.
WHEN: The training can be done any time that is best for your situation. The sessions (2 to 2 1/2 hours each) can be in the evening, on the weekend or whenever it suits you.
HOW: Four (or five) sessions scheduled as you see fit. Assignments will be required in between sessions so that you are ready to implement the changes upon which you decide.
WHY: The best training I ever experienced was over a period of several months with assignments. As a result we were systematically building the system as we went that would take us to our goal. A one-time monster info-dump is overwhelming, takes too long to process and is rarely implemented.

DETAILS: The cost includes four (or five) training sessions, notebook and handouts, and a copy of “Winning the 21st Century” for each participant.  The package is priced at $2500 (plus expenses if travel is an issue).  Churches may join together to meet the cost.  If the number of participants exceeds 25 there will be a surcharge of $15 for each person beyond the first 25 to cover the cost of extra books and materials (nice problem to have).

The Mini-Summit is a single 2 1/2 hour session that draws from the best material of the full Summit.  The Mini-Summit is priced at $500 which can be applied toward the purchase of a full Transformational Summit should you decide on that option.

You provide prayer support and follow-up meetings, facility and A/V requirements. The first session should be preceded by thirty days of prayer.

WHAT IT IS NOT:
A temporary motivation that fades into the near future.
A way to simply increase giving to the church.
A small-picture view with only local implications.

WHAT IT IS:
A God-given message.

A recognition of how and why God has blessed this nation to such a degree.

A way your church can prepare to be a vital participant in winning the 21st century by being a transformational force in your community.

A challenge and time to discover God’s design for you in His kingdom.
